Therapy Manager

Role Overview: As a Medical Sales Representative at Ferring India M&S, your main responsibility will be to interface with healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. You will be required to visit these stakeholders to inform them about the company's products as per the marketing strategy and approved frequency. Building and maintaining relationships with these professionals will be crucial for your success in achieving sales targets, sales growth, and controlling expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Visit doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to inform them about the company's products based on the approved marketing strategy and frequency. - Classify doctors and stakeholders in the area according to segmentation and targeting criteria, propose new doctors to add to the files, and track prescription habits to determine prescription potential and influence on other doctors. - Inform healthcare professionals accurately and according to the company's strategy about the products, address concerns, clarify doubts, and highlight advantages over competitors. - Obtain market information regarding doctors" concerns, competitor products, and test the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and materials. Relay relevant information to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in medical sales or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and convey complex medical information. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
