As a Medical Representative at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the global healthcare leadership of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting Abbott's products ethically to customers as per the business plan. Ensure Doctor/Customer Call average aligns with the customer management plan. - Organizing camps (CME) based on the division's strategy and customer needs. - Facilitating successful new product launches and updating customer lists according to therapy and product of the division. - Ensuring iPad adoption as per division norms and adherence to CLM calls. In terms of brand management, your tasks will involve: - Conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. Qualifications required for this role: - BSc/B.Pharm or Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Preferred qualifications include: - Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy. - Those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages. - Fluency and confidence in communication are essential for this position.,
