Key responsibilities will include visiting CBSE/ICSE schools in Pune and nearby areas regularly, leveraging existing relationships with school decision-makers to build strong partnerships, presenting and demonstrating the career counselling solution to schools, facilitating integration and adoption of the product within schools to drive student enrollments, and achieving defined revenue targets through successful school partnerships. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, particularly within the education sector. It is essential to have an established network with school decision-makers in Pune, strong communication and negotiation skills, self-driven and results-oriented mindset, passion for student career guidance, willingness to travel regularly within the region, and fluency in English with proficiency in Marathi/Hindi preferred.
