As a School Partnerships Manager at our innovative startup dedicated to providing interest-based career counselling solutions for students in the 9th and 10th standards, your role will be crucial in establishing and nurturing relationships with school decision-makers to integrate our solutions effectively within schools. You will collaborate closely with CBSE and ICSE schools in Pune and surrounding areas to implement our impactful program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Regularly visit CBSE/ICSE schools in Pune and nearby areas - Leverage existing relationships with school decision-makers - Present and demonstrate our career counselling solution to schools - Facilitate integration and adoption of our product within schools - Achieve defined revenue targets through successful school partnerships **Qualifications Required:** - 3-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, specifically within the education sector - Established network with school decision-makers in Pune - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about student career guidance - Comfort with regular travel within the region - Fluency in English and proficiency in Marathi/Hindi preferred In addition to the above, we offer a competitive salary range between 3.5 to 5.5 LPA, monthly travel allowance, performance incentives including an additional 5% commission on revenue generated, and an opportunity for rapid growth in a dynamic startup environment.
