As a Manager in the People Consulting (PC) team within the Workforce Management (WFM) practice at EY- GDS Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing and highly disrupted environment. You will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with the organizational plans while keeping employee experience as one of the core considerations. We are looking for Managers with expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) to join the PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization while contributing to the growth of the PC team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Successfully delivering project engagements, leading client working sessions, providing expertise and leadership, supporting sales and business development pursuits, and assisting in framing and positioning extension and project expansion work at existing clients. - Focusing on delivering client expectations, identifying areas of opportunities for client and engagement team expansion, and serving different roles such as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, Process & Best Practice Consultant, and Application Consultant. - When performing the role of Application Consultant, responsibilities include participating in full life cycle activities, ensuring the product meets business requirements, serving as a Functional or Technical lead, collaborating with Process Specialists, and advising the project delivery team during Build and Test activities. - When performing the role of Process / Best Practice Consultant, responsibilities include facilitating end-state visioning sessions under the guidance of the Application Specialist, ensuring quality delivery, managing engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting, and providing coaching, goal setting, performance reviews, and team development. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 12 - 16 years of experience - Masters degree in HR, full-time MBA, or EMBA - Experience in consulting on global client projects related to time & attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory - Experience in team management, providing advice and guidance on client projects related to workforce management processes and systems Ideally, you will also have: - Led Workforce Management project work streams from planning to implementation, managed project resources and budgets effectively - Project management experience - FPC, CPP, or PMP certification - Experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm We are looking for professionals who are independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
