Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Social Science to join our CBSE-affiliated school in Doddaballapur. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, and be passionate about teaching middle and high school students (Classes VI–X).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) as per the CBSE curriculum for Classes VI to X.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and conduct classroom sessions effectively.
• Use innovative and engaging teaching methodologies including digital tools.
• Evaluate and assess students’ progress regularly and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and support co-curricular activities and school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators for curriculum development and school improvement.
• Communicate with parents about student performance and behavior.
• Maintain a disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in History/Geography/Political Science/Economics or related Social Science field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in integrating technology into teaching.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and CCE guidelines.
• Classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Ability to conduct online and offline classes as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per industry standards.
