Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory)
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Trained Graduate Teacher (Physics) to teach middle and high school classes. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective teaching methods, and the ability to engage students in developing a clear conceptual understanding of Physics.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Physics lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• Use demonstrations, experiments, and visual aids to simplify complex concepts.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment.
• Address individual learning needs and provide extra academic support when required.
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

Academic Support & Development

• Prepare students for examinations through structured revision sessions.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and emerging teaching methodologies.
• Organize subject-related activities such as science fairs, quizzes, and lab sessions.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with academic coordinators and other subject teachers for integrated learning.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, standards, and academic procedures.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Physics and related pedagogy.
