The ideal candidates should have relevant teaching experience, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to delivering quality education aligned with our academic goals. Job Location: Varanasi Required Experience: 2 to 5yrs Interview Mode:- F2F Only ( Only candidates available for the face-to-face round of interview should apply) Key Responsibilities: For TGT Maths: Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for Grades 6 to 10. Prepare students for school exams and competitive exams (if applicable). Use creative teaching strategies to simplify complex concepts. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. For TGT English: Teach grammar, literature, comprehension, and writing skills. Encourage spoken English and communication-based activities. Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote critical thinking. Monitor student progress and maintain academic records. Key Skills Required: Subject expertise (Mathematics/English) Classroom management Communication skills Student engagement techniques Lesson planning and delivery Familiarity with CBSE curriculum (preferred) Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject B.Ed. (mandatory) Minimum 25 years of teaching experience at the middle school level
