Collaboration with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary projects, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement, and participating in school-wide initiatives for educational improvement will be key aspects of this role. Additionally, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, staying updated on educational trends, and engaging with parents and the community to promote history education are essential responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in History, Education, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred, along with a B.Ed in the relevant subject. Teaching certification relevant to the Cambridge Board curriculum is advantageous, as well as demonstrated teaching experience, strong knowledge of historical events, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in educational technology.
