Job Title: TGT English Teacher Location: GD Goenka Public School, Chhibramau, Kannauj District, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Board Affiliation: CBSE Classes to Teach: VI to VIII Job Description: We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet CBSE or ICSE qualifications and possess a strong command of the English language, teaching methodologies, and student engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: · Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons as per the CBSE curriculum. · Develop engaging teaching materials and activities that foster language skills, such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. · Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom interactions. · Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. · Participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. · Keep records of student progress and attendance as per CBSE guidelines. · Integrate technology and innovative practices in teaching to enhance learning outcomes. · Prepare students for CBSE Board assessments and internal evaluations. Eligibility Criteria: · Bachelor's Degree (Honours or Pass) with English as a main subject from a recognized university. · B.Ed. or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is mandatory. · Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school . · CBSE CTET Paper II qualified. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. · Proficiency in classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment techniques. · Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital teaching tools. · Familiarity with NEP 2020 implementation strategies is an added advantage.
