Role & responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the CBSE syllabus for middle and secondary school students.
Develop students reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills through innovative teaching methods.
Integrate technology, literature, and interactive activities to make learning dynamic and meaningful.
Evaluate and monitor students academic performance through class tests, projects, and examinations.
Prepare lesson plans, question papers, and assessment tools following CBSE guidelines.
Encourage students to participate in literary clubs, debates, elocution, and other co-curricular English activities.
Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to holistic learning and discipline.
Collaborate with other faculty members to plan interdisciplinary projects and events.
Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and development.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
