Textile Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Textile Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Airjet, Waterjet, Knitting, and Texturising processes, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor textile production processes (Airjet, Waterjet, Knitting, Texturising).
• Ensure optimum machine performance, production targets, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
• Implement process improvements for better productivity and cost optimization.
• Maintain records of production, quality checks, and machine performance.
• Train and guide operators on technical aspects of textile machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Airjet, Waterjet, Knitting, and Texturising operations.
• Strong knowledge of textile machinery, processes, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze and optimize production performance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
