Hands-on experience in
automotive and industrial component testing
.
Expertise in
test planning, scheduling, monitoring, execution, and reporting
.
Review
RFQs
, comment on
DVPs
, testing costs, and manage
external testing
.
Delegate tasks effectively and
guide testing engineers
in daily operations.
Validate and certify the
quality of new rigs
.
Ensure compliance with
ISO/IEC 17025, IATF, and TQM
standards.
Apply
problem-solving tools
to resolve technical challenges.
Deliver
presentations
and communicate effectively in
English
with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Functional knowledge of
product testing and testing standards
.
Familiarity with
ISO/IEC 17025, NABL standards, IATF, and TQM
principles.
Strong
problem-solving skills
and technical understanding of
heat exchange systems
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
.
