Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual or automation testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software development life cycles, and proficiency in defect tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
• Participate in requirement analysis and review
• Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
• Report bugs clearly and follow through on resolutions
• Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in software testing
• Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis)
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Basic understanding of SQL and API testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
