Tester III - Embedded Testing

Role Overview: As a Test Engineer, your role involves independently executing test cases while providing support to testing team members. You will be tasked with constructing test plans and scenarios based on customer requirements and systematically executing test cases for embedded systems. Additionally, you will create automation scripts for test specifications and ensure that new or revised components/systems meet expectations. Documenting test results, reporting defects, and ensuring compliance with standards are also key responsibilities. Developing proficiency in other testers in the project and modifying processes based on lessons learned are expected from you. Timely completion of tasks, developing test cases/scripts, executing test cases/scripts, identifying defects, and adhering to project quality processes are some of the measures of outcomes. Reviewing function and software test specifications, creating automation scripts, adhering to Agile scrum processes, and providing status reports for test activities are all part of your role.
