Test Manager

Responsibilities: The role is responsible for management of test planning and execution, to achieve business milestones, and in particular to support bug fix and retest cycles within product development cycles Accountable for the coaching mentoring of test professionals, including line management of direct reporters. Maintain optimum test execution rates by expert scheduling of tests, liaise with product management, project and program management, and reliably deliver testing activities Owns Test plan, Test strategy, Test cases, Test data, test environments Define and maintains test metrics Coordinates UAT activities Follow the test process and continuously improve the quality of the test process. Liaise with project stakeholders to mitigate any project risks/ to resolve critical issues, and to bring the project on track during the testing phase Conduct reviews / inspections of project and test deliverables. Responsible for the automation of regression test suite. Plan and perform Performance testing before every release/project go-live. Follow the company s QA process, Testing standards controls Required Skills & Experience Experience in working with agile and scrum teams 10+ years of experience testing and test automation Strong exposure background in FDA, ISO, and EU regulations for medical devices and healthcare; Proven working experience in test automation development Solid understanding of software integration, architecture, and infrastructure.
