Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale programs.
Manage and mentor cross-functional testing teams, both offshore and onshore, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, to align testing goals with business objectives.
Oversee test design, automation strategy, defect management, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
Coordinate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Proven experience managing testing programs with 50+ team members.
Prior roles as Test Director, Senior Test Manager, or Program Manager.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular travel to Gurugram.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
