As a Quality Engineer at this company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software stability through various testing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and maintain software stability. - Reporting and tracking defects found during testing using defect tracking systems, collaborating closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues. - Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. - Staying updated on Workday HCM platform updates, new features, and best practices in Workday testing to incorporate relevant advancements into the testing approach. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and configuration. - Experience with Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) is highly desirable. - Proficiency in Workday reporting and data validation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
