Your future duties and responsibilities Job Title:Test Lead - Manual Position: Test Lead - Manual Experience:10+yrs Category:Testing/Quality Assurance Main location: Chennai Position ID: J0924-1612 Employment Type: Full Time Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering Looking for Test Lead with Banking Payments background having 11 to 15 years’ experience in manual testing with below skill set.

• Hands on experience in Test plan/Test strategy preparation
• Hands on experience in Banking Payments background domain.
• Good at preparing the cost estimations
• Hands on experience in Test Scenarios/Test Cases preparation
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Good attitude

Good at using the Test Management tools like SPIRA TEST/JIRA/ALM

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible to work in extended European shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST)
• Able to work collaboratively with client and vendors
• Able to identify the potentials risks well in advance and come up with the mitigation plan
• Experience in providing the walkthrough to the client – Test Plan/Test Results/Test Scenarios etc.
• Experience in hosting the Defect triage calls
• Experience in handling the multi-vendor teams spread across different geographic locations
• Ability to follow-up with stakeholders on the required approvals
• Should be able to manage teams as well as contribute individually
