Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of test plans for data-centric projects.
Define testing strategies and methodologies for data validation and verification.
Coordinate with data engineers, data analysts, and developers to understand data flows and requirements.
Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks for data testing.
Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and data reconciliation.
Identify and document defects, work with the development team to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with data governance and data security policies during testing.
Monitor and report on test progress, test results, and quality metrics.
Mentor and guide junior testers and QA team members.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and data quality considerations
