Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Product Testing and Documentation:
Test and evaluate new products, especially those related to audio, IT, and IoT, and create detailed technical documents like test reports, user guides, and FAQs.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various electronic and IT products, including smart devices and audio equipment.
Design Analysis and Support:
Analyze and troubleshoot design-related problems in printed circuit boards (PCBs) and possess a strong understanding of electronic components. Knowledge of tools like ALTIUM and EAGLE is a plus.
Customer and Internal Communication
: Use strong communication skills to articulate technical information clearly, both in writing and verbally, when interacting with team members and potentially customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
This is a fresher-level role; no prior professional experience is required.
Fundamental Knowledge:
Must have a thorough understanding of core electronic principles, including digital and analog circuits, micro controllers, and circuit analysis.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug and troubleshoot electronic circuits.
Communication:
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting findings.
Added Advantage:
