- Define and execute theManufacturing Test Strategyand plan.
- ConductDesign for Testability (DFT)assessments and test coverage analysis to maximize product testing.
- Collaborate withHardware and Software design teamsto integrate testing solutions early in the development cycle.
- Develop and implementtest automation scriptsfor manufacturing processes.
- Performfailure root cause analysisand propose corrective measures to improve quality.
- Supportprototype buildsand mass production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Managetest capacity and budgets, aligning with Cisco''s business objectives.
- Deployboard and system-level automated functional test processesfor complex electronic systems in remote manufacturing locations.
- UtilizeTraffic Test Analyzers (Spirent/IXIA)for Ethernet interface testing (10G/100G/200G/400G/800G).
- Guide debug processes for remote manufacturing test engineers to resolve issues effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
You bring expertise inmanufacturing test processesand a strong foundation inhardware and software validation.
- Education:
- Bachelor''s degree inElectrical/Electronics & Communication Engineeringor equivalent.
- Experience:
- 6+ yearsof relevant experience inProduct Test and Validation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge ofEthernet technology(10G/100G/200G/400G/800G) and hardware protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, PCI, PCIe).
- Expertise inManufacturing Test Solutions, includingTest Fixture Development, ICT, and BSCAN.
- Proficiency intest automationusing scripting languages likePython.
- Familiarity withDesign for Testability (DFT)principles, both structural and functional.
- Strong understanding ofhardware and system testing, including component-level debugging and fault isolation.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsto collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
