Responsibilities

Define and implement the enterprise-wide TDM strategy aligned with QA and DevOps goals.Lead the design and execution of test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and refresh processes.Collaborate with QA, development, and data teams to understand data needs and ensure timely availability of test data.Evaluate and implement TDM tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager, Delphix, IBM Optim).Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Automate test data creation and management processes to support CI/CD pipelines.Monitor and optimize test data usage, storage, and refresh cycles.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA teams on TDM best practices.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Test Data Management and QA leadership roles.

Hands-on experience with one or more TDM tools: Informatica TDM, CA TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of data masking, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation.

Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Experience in test automation frameworks and integrating TDM with automation pipelines.

Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of data virtualization and synthetic data generation techniques.

Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
