Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with the overall project goals, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality standards across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of automation tools and methodologies. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to automation processes and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of various automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
