VM Budget adherence & CostSavings to optimize the investments without compromising on quality
Ensure timely implementation of promos/ campaigns for cascading of communication
Work in co-ordination with zonal office and store team to deliver best all round experience for the customer
Ensuring proper communication flow to the customer to ensure increased footfall
Getting every Promo Communication as per visibility docket and from store visibilityperspective.Execution of communication flow in a proper manner should lead to a 10% increase in basket size.
Maintaining store VM and MPM standards as per company guidelines to ensure the look and feel of the store is updated
Adherence to fixture capacity, VM and communications SOPs
Monthly Vendor reconciliations done & all bills submitted within agreed TAT.Ensure Zero Pending bills and Zero Vendor Escalations for all tasks in hand.
