Territory Sales Representative

As a potential candidate for the position at Tanix Lights, you will be responsible for various key duties that contribute to the growth and success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:** - Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients. - Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers. - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** - Drive sales of lighting products and solutions for commercial, industrial, and large-scale infrastructure projects. - Generate and follow up on leads through industry networking, trade events, referrals, and market research. - Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical product presentations. - **Project Coordination:** - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction from inquiry to delivery. - Coordinate with the technical team for custom requirements, site visits, and solution recommendations. - **Market & Product Knowledge:** - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest lighting technologies. - Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies. - **Sales Reporting & CRM:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and status updates in the CRM system. - Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and project tracking to the sales manager. **Candidate Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum 3 years above experience in B2B sales within the lighting, electrical, or related industries. - **Education:** - Diploma or Bachelor's degree/masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - **Skills:** - Strong knowledge of lighting systems, product specifications, and applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications and interpret project requirements. - Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. - **Other Requirements:** - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.,
