Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales of lighting products and solutions for commercial, industrial, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Generate and follow up on leads through industry networking, trade events, referrals, and market research. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical product presentations. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction from inquiry to delivery. Coordinate with the technical team for custom requirements, site visits, and solution recommendations. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest lighting technologies. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies. Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and status updates in the CRM system. Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and project tracking to the sales manager. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years above experience in B2B sales within the lighting, electrical, or related industries . Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree/masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Skills: Strong knowledge of lighting systems, product specifications, and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications and interpret project requirements. Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. Other Requirements Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
