As a Business Development Manager, your role involves collating the Business Database for the assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying the ideal customer base to facilitate prospecting and lead generation. Additionally, you will create a value matrix and strategize the sales funnel for the product within the territory. Your key responsibilities include: - Building a business database within the stipulated time limit. - Conducting all ground work activities for setting up the sales function. - Executing the collection of monthly MOP of Paint Majors from key Dealers. - Conducting shortlisting of prospective Tinting Machines outlets and Franchise Stores within the territory. - Performing a credit risk assessment of every dealer. - Gathering benchmark data on credit terms and inventory management practices of the dealers. - Building and leading a strong team of DDEs. - Understanding and presenting monthly trade schemes of Paint Majors and developing monthly dashboards. In addition to the above responsibilities, after the launch phase, your key result areas will include: - Driving attainment of all sales targets for the territory. - Achieving value volume targets for the year. - Leading the achievement of Numeric and Weighted Reach Target of the territory. - Managing Tinting machines across the territory, including booking, installation, and nurturing. - Driving performance of trade schemes and on-ground promotions. - Managing and engaging all dealers within the territory, including credit risk assessment, receivables management, and inventory management. - Engaging in cross-functional liaison within the organization to ensure defined service levels for the dealers.
