Territory Sales Manager-Kottayam & Surrounding Areas( FMCG)

Location: Kottayam District (Covering Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom, Kumarakom, Kottayam Town, Vagamon, Veliyamattom, Muttom & Cherthala)

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month

Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Executives.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage channel operations and expand market presence across key locations in and around Kottayam. This role involves distributor coordination, retail expansion, and achieving secondary sales targets across multiple towns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage distributor operations, stock availability, claims, and billing coordination

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets across assigned regions

Develop retail presence and activate new outlets in each market

Train and support distributor sales representatives to improve productivity

Conduct regular market visits covering Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom, Kumarakom, Cherthala & other areas

Monitor competitor activity and provide structured market insights

Maintain sales reports, daily market summaries, and territory tracking sheets

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in Field Sales (MANDATORY)

Strong communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills

Valid driving license and willingness for daily field travel

Ability to manage multiple markets efficiently
