Territory Sales Manager-Kottayam & Surrounding Areas( FMCG)

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in Kottayam District and surrounding areas, your role will involve managing channel operations, expanding market presence, and achieving secondary sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing distributor operations, stock availability, claims, and billing coordination - Achieving monthly sales and collection targets across assigned regions - Developing retail presence and activating new outlets in each market - Training and supporting distributor sales representatives to improve productivity - Conducting regular market visits covering Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom, Kumarakom, Cherthala & other areas - Monitoring competitor activity and providing structured market insights - Maintaining sales reports, daily market summaries, and territory tracking sheets To excel in this role, you must have: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in Field Sales - Strong communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills - A valid driving license and willingness for daily field travel - Ability to manage multiple markets efficiently Please note that this is a full-time job with a salary of 30,000 CTC per month. The work location is in person, and benefits include Provident Fund.,
