Key Deliverables: Grow and manage merchant network through targeted acquisition and service Ensure brand visibility and drive participation in BTL events Lead a team of BDEs/RTLs ensuring 100% staffing and performance improvement Track ROI and ensure payout and NOC closure for frontline teams Role Responsibilities: Conduct market visits to meet merchants and resolve escalations Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and coaching of sales teams Monitor KPIs and drive team engagement through incentives Share competition insights and execution quality with leadership
