As the pioneer brand in South India to offer fortified rice, we ensure that our products are nutritionally enriched, setting us apart in the market. As an Area Sales Manager, you will have a full-time, on-site role based in Goa. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing sales operations in your designated area, crafting effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and accomplishing sales targets. Your daily activities will include keeping track of market trends, identifying prospective clients, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful promotional initiatives. Furthermore, you will be required to generate sales reports and predict future sales patterns. To excel in this role, you should possess proven expertise in sales management and strategy formulation, along with robust leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication skills and a knack for building interpersonal relationships are essential. Your analytical prowess will be vital in evaluating market trends and sales performance.
