You will be working as a Territory Sales Manager for NoBroker.com, a leading PropTech Unicorn in India. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, and lead a sales team to achieve targets in the Bengaluru territory. Your daily tasks will include devising sales strategies, providing training to the sales staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaboration with different departments will be crucial to optimize sales processes and accomplish business objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a proven track record in sales and sales management. Your ability to train and mentor a sales team, exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, and drive results by meeting or surpassing sales targets will be essential. Prior experience in the real estate or PropTech industry would be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
