Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Visit apartments, societies, and businesses to generate sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

05 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Comfortable with field visits and travelling within Bengaluru.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred/required as per role.
Knowledge of English and Kannada is an advantage.
Comfortable working on weekends with a rotational or weekday week-off.
