Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate prescriptions from doctors, hospitals, and corporate healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients (labs, hospitals, diagnostic centers).
• Negotiate contracts and manage corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics, labs, and collection centers to ensure smooth service delivery for B2B clients.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments from institutional clients.
• Organize CMEs, seminars, and corporate promotional events.
• Develop new institutional clients and expand business in assigned territory.
• Plan and schedule daily sales calls with doctors, hospital administrators, and corporate clients.
• Achieve sales and collection budgets for the designated territory.
• Implement sales promotion schemes targeted at healthcare professionals.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve B2B targets.
• Formulate regional strategies for deeper penetration into institutional markets.
