Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer base, and increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, provide product training, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

0-8 years of experience in healthcare sales or related field (pharmaceuticals/medical devices).
Strong understanding of the medical device industry landscape including technologies such as cardiology/cardiovascular/neurology etc. .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
