Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive/Manager with a strong background in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) and Endoscopy products. The role involves driving sale in premium healthcare setups/Corporate Hospitals/ Standalone hospitals/ Nursing Homes/ medical tourism centres, and specialty hospitals offering MIS procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and a proven ability to build relationships with surgical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales of MIS Endoscopy products including laparoscopes, video systems, insufflators, hand instruments, and related accessories. • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities within and premium surgical facilities /Corporate Hospitals/ Standalone hospitals/ Nursing Homes/ medical tourism centres. • Engage with surgeons, Onco Surgeons, Bariatric Surgeons, gynaecologists, gastroenterologists, and purchase teams/ Stockists to position products effectively. • Conduct detailed product presentations, technical demos, and training sessions. • Ensure post-sales support, including installation coordination and clinical training. • Track competitor activity, customer needs, and market developments to shape sales strategies. • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management. • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems and ensure compliance with all sales processes. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent; MBA preferred. • 3–8 years of experience in selling MIS/Endoscopy products (e.g., laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, thoracoscopy). • Experience working with brands such as Karl Storz, Olympus, Stryker, B. Braun, Medtronic, etc., is highly desirable. • Familiarity with the surgical workflow in minimally invasive procedures. • Strong clinical acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative selling approach. • Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
