  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall:

  1. Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
  2. Responsible for driving market programs and market shares
  3. Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
  4. Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
  5. Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
  6. Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
  7. Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
  8. Attending negotiations & Closing orders
  9. Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
  10. Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
