Territory Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive in this role, your primary responsibility will be to strengthen the distribution and sales network in the assigned territory. This involves increasing the SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent and ensuring that existing customers receive adequate service. Your role will also require you to understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy based on customer segments. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing SIM & Data Selling Outlets - Understand market demographics and drive sales strategy accordingly - Drive channel profitability and channel satisfaction - Engage with Retailers and Field Sales Executives through relationship management programs - Increase value for Partners through marketing and merchandising activities - Develop timely Market Intelligence reports on customer trends and competitors" performance - Collaborate with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets Qualifications Required: - Full Time graduate, preferably with an MBA/PGDM - 1-4 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Telecom/FMCG industry In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, your success in this role will be enhanced by your ability to ensure excellence in execution, collaborate effectively with large teams, analyze data to draw insights, demonstrate consultation, facilitation, and selling skills, as well as exhibit enterprising and convincing abilities with stakeholders. Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel, will also be beneficial for this position.,
