Job Description

Territory Sales Manager 3 Wheeler Division

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive

    sales and market share growth

    of passenger and cargo 3-wheelers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage the

    dealer/distributor network

    ; ensure proper appointment, training, and performance management.
  • Achieve

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    through effective retail & institutional sales.
  • Conduct

    market mapping & competitor analysis

    to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Plan and execute

    local marketing campaigns, roadshows, finance tie-ups, and promotional activities

    to increase brand visibility.
  • Build strong

    relationships with key customers, fleet operators, financiers, and channel partners

    to ensure business growth.
  • Monitor

    credit, collections, and dealer inventory

    to maintain healthy financial discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with

    company policies, pricing, schemes, and incentive structures

    .
  • Provide regular

    sales forecasts, MIS, and territory reports

    to senior management.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of

    Sales Officers / Executives

    in the territory.
  • Work closely with

    after-sales/service teams

    to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

Qualifications

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) – mandatory.
  • 4–8 years of experience in

    3-wheeler sales or channel management

    .
  • Strong

    dealer management, negotiation, and territory expansion

    skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    target-driven environment

    with a focus on execution and results.
