Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand customer needs within the territory.
Plan and forecast monthly sales, manage sales budgets, and report sales figures and performance to senior management.
Liaise with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
