Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage sales operations within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships. This role demands field activity, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives to grow market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory-wise sales strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, or channel partners within the assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and local market trends. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume, value, and product penetration. Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers as needed. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and market feedback. Monitor collections and ensure timely payments from customers. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within the territory.
