Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to manage a group of customers in order to achieve designated sales target levels and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. The main responsibilities include possessing and applying detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of the client's business. The role involves being responsible for the direct sales process with the aim of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role includes sales expansion by introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients. The responsibilities also extend to submitting short and long-range sales plans, preparing sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets, and retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. Ensuring that clients receive high-quality customer service, informing clients of new products and services as they are introduced, and migrating information to the appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs are also key responsibilities. The qualifications required for this role include an Associate's Degree (13 years) and a minimum of 1 year of experience.,
