Territory Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit Life Insurance Partners:

Identify, attract, and onboard qualified Life Insurance Partners in the assigned territory.

2. Motivate and Manage Partners:

Guide and support partners to achieve their sales targets. Provide regular motivation, training, and mentoring to improve productivity.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze the performance of partners. Ensure consistent performance and take corrective actions where needed.

4. Market Development:

Expand the presence of the companys life insurance products in the market through active engagement and relationship building.

5. Compliance and Quality:

Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards in all recruitment and sales processes.

6. Team Leadership:

Display strong leadership qualities to build and maintain a high-performing team of Life Insurance Partners.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, with a proven track record.
• Prior experience in recruiting and managing insurance agents or advisors is essential.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and team building abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic market environment.
