Job Description

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager for Mass Retail at Airtel, your role will be crucial in driving sales and end-to-end customer service for the entire territory. You will be responsible for increasing market share, revenue, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Additionally, you will engage with channel partners to enhance business for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) mass retail. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by focusing on new and existing channel partners to expand the company's footprint within the territory. - Optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem through increased Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, effective coverage, and transacting outlets. - Ensure brand visibility by organizing go-to-market merchandising activities to achieve tertiary recharge sales and gross prepaid targets. - Implement processes to enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with policies by channel partners and meet customer service level agreements. - Manage and expand the channel/distributor network through incentives and grievance redressal. - Form partnerships, train partners on product features/sales techniques, and negotiate agreements to strengthen the mass retail business. - Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, and provide necessary training for team member development.
