Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager – Last Mile Operations, you will oversee residential interior fit-out projects by implementing effective project management frameworks. Responsibilities include managing design and site teams, ensuring timely project completion, monitoring risks and variations, coordinating stakeholders, handling vendor/business partner relations, and preparing progress reports. You will act as the escalation point to ensure projects meet client needs, business goals, and Livspace quality standards.

Expertise & Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design with post-graduation in Project/Construction Management (Tier I preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trades/subcontractors in interior fit-outs.
• Tech-savvy, process-driven, and able to work under pressure while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
