Territory Manager - Chandigarh

As the Territory Manager in Chandigarh, your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in the defined region/segment. - Managing and coaching existing distributors to develop their growth plans. - Identifying new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network. - Promoting new product offerings and special schemes to drive sales growth. - Ensuring distributor compliance with SKF's policies and branding. Skills required for this role: - Developing and leading sales teams through coaching and mentoring. - Demonstrating business acumen and financial knowledge. - Managing funnel efficiently. - Excellent executive communication skills with CXOs and Top Management. - Building strong interpersonal relationships. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include: - Achieving revenue and margin targets. - Managing funnel efficiently to increase hit rate (%). - Driving inorganic business growth through new products, offerings, and customers. Education and experience required: - Bachelor of Engineering (Preferred in Mechanical). - 5-8 years of experience in industrial distribution sales. - Preferred industry experience in the industrial segment. - Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
