Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager - Car Loans, your role involves acquiring Car loan customers in the identified segment. You are expected to meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer. Providing regular feedback to Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs is also a crucial part of your responsibility. It is essential for you to ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization, as well as strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically. Driving initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets is another secondary responsibility you will need to undertake. As a manager, you are expected to demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding your team towards success.
