The Senior Relationship Manager- Machinery Finance plays a crucial role in driving business growth within the machinery finance product. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, onboarding Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders. By expanding the client base, enhancing product penetration, and ensuring portfolio quality through strategic relationship management, you will contribute to the overall success of the business. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships with OEMs, OEM distribution & dealerships to generate a steady flow of leads. You will work closely with these partners to enable new market opportunities and acquire new customers. Understanding their equipment financing needs and ensuring high service standards will be essential to drive repeat business and achieve monthly sales targets for the given geography through OEM, distribution & dealerships network as well as the Open Market. You will be expected to analyze customer profiles and financials, coordinating with support functions such as Credit and Operations teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursal. It is crucial to demonstrate a strong knowledge of competitors" products and the market landscape on machinery finance in the assigned geography. Providing continuous feedback to customize machinery finance products for anchor customers is a key aspect of the role. Your educational qualifications should include a Graduation degree in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate discipline. Additionally, a Post-graduation degree in MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) or any other post-graduate qualification will be advantageous. Ideally, you should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in machinery finance business or OEM Alliance to excel in this role. Your ability to drive operational efficiencies, recommend improvements to processes and policies, and deliver high-quality customer service will be critical to your success in this position.,
