Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Territory Manager at BharatPe. The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and nurturing relationships with merchants, and implementing strategies to improve market penetration in the assigned territory. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to provide seamless support to merchants, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring competitor activities to drive sales growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability in client relationship management and business development
• Understanding of local markets and ability to analyze market trends effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify and execute growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with payment solutions, fintech, or the banking sector is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned territory
